The other method is called covert hypnosis or conversational hypnosis. You can persuade and influeance a persons actions without them even knowing it. Salespersons frequently use this technique to better entice potential clients.

You can learn these covert methods too in order to get what you want, you can apply it in an ordinary conversation with friends and coworkers. It can really make you understand how people think and make them follow your way of thinking.
