How to Hypnotize People through Various Easy Techniques

Hypnosis can be of two types – plain and simple hypnosis as well as hypnotherapy. By hypnotherapy I mean using hypnosis techniques on clients or patients to help them eliminate bad habits or negative thoughts or resolve traumas. While hypnosis is slightly different.
Hypnosis is mainly used for recreation, goal achievement or for the sake of relaxation. Hypnotherapy, compared to this, is far more serious. When someone asks you whether hypnosis actually works or not, just show them the examples of advertisements which lull us into buying things which we often don’t require.
Even when you are half asleep or half awake in the night or in the morning, you are in hypnotic trance. Even when you are daydreaming or are engrossed in books or movies or your thoughts are wandering or you are drifting off, you are in a state of trance. Thus hypnosis actually works. The big question is how to hypnotize people.
Before I discuss how to hypnotize people, let me first inform you of some signs or symptoms of hypnosis. When people are in a state of trance or in a hypnotic state, it requires a slight effort on their part to swallow eatables, they can feel sensations like tingling or coolness or warmth, often a hypnotized person starts looking like a lifeless mannequin or like a wax doll, though the change is very subtle.
A hypnotized person will also display a very relaxed look characterized by flattening of facial muscles, this will also be accompanied by loosening and relaxation of the muscles. When the subject opens his eyes, there is an increased wetness or redness in them. And at times, the subject will also flutter his/her eyelids. The legs, arms and fingers will slightly twitch and this will also be accompanied by alterations in the depth of breathing and the breathing rate.
How to do hypnosis?
When you want to know how to hypnotize people, you have to make that person lie down or at least sit down comfortably.
Then you have to talk to that person in slow soothing voice that will lull him.
Ask him/her to take three deep breaths and tell him/her to relax as much as he can.
Then you have to tell him to relax his different body parts separately, one by one, like arms, legs or back.
You have to use plenty of positive reinforcements and repetitions and continue the process for ten to fifteen minutes.
