Hypnosis is a tool that anybody can and should use to supercharge your health, happiness and anything else you need help with. It is just a tool to focus you power toward the inside to change anything about yourself that is helpful to make encouraging changes to your physicalor mental state. Some say that only a weak mind can be changedby it, but I beg to differ. It is the strong mind or a mind given to imagination that can successfully use this tool.

Years back, I had a wart growing on my index finger just past the finger nail. I tried everything I could buy over the counter and the wart would grow faster than the solutions were capable of dissolving. I went to a book store and checked out all the natural healing methods I could find, but to my discouragement, there was nothing new until I found a very interesting method to do it. The directions were simply to look at and concentrate on the wart and will your body to destroy it, for ten minutes a day while relaxing.

In my mind, I imagined my blood as highways to send my army to obliterate the wart. It was a highway full of soldiers and equipment suitable to destroy the enemy. I concentrated hard in my imagination to make this real and to put up a good fight. After doing this for four days, the wart had completely disappeared , never to return. It was only later that I became aware that this was self hypnotherapy and that imagination and belief are very powerful tools for self change and can easily be executed to change even the worst of bad habits and health problems.

After experiencing this, I thought about the habitual pain on the right side of my abdomen. As I lay in bed, I put my right hand on the region and used the same procedure I had used on the wart, but the results came faster. I have never experienced this pain again after only one session to deal with it. The more you productively use hypnotherapy, the more effective you will become at using it to the benefit of the whole mind and body. If you have no experience with self hypnotism, it is much easier to implement this by using the most effective form of hypnotism called sleep-programming. The only thing you need to do is listen to an audio while sleeping,which anyone can do.
